Las Vegas Branding Design Firms, Trosper Public Relations and akdc creative, partnered to develop branding for Gardner Companies. The full service real estate company, was developing The UNLV | Harry Reid Research and Technology Park.

The goal for the development was to enrich the community with the technology park. The print advertisement highlighted the values Gardner instilled in their planned development, as well as the beautiful conceptual building, to intrigue potential tenants to move their businesses to the valley.
